11. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

For personalised services, delivery occurs once the completed document or report has been sent to the email address provided during checkout.
The user is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct. AdviseMeHealthy is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect contact information.

12. PERSONALISED SERVICES
Certain services offered by AdviseMeHealthy, including the Personalised Supplement Script™, are customised educational services prepared specifically for an individual user based on information submitted by that user.
Due to the personalised nature of these services, once work has commenced or the document has been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
13. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, and personalised services, refunds are generally not available once the product or service has been delivered, except where required by the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
14. PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe an error has occurred with your order, you agree to contact AdviseMeHealthy first to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access to services or future purchases.
15. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools, websites, or services.
These tools are provided “as is” and without warranties.
